How to Download Pinterest Videos on Android (Free)

Updated 2026 · 5 min read

Android makes downloading files easier than iPhone — but Pinterest still doesn't give you a download button for videos. AdvayPinSaver fills that gap, letting you save any Pinterest video directly to your Android gallery for free, without installing any app.

Quick summary

Copy the Pinterest link → paste on AdvayPinSaver → tap Get → download the file. It saves to your Downloads folder and appears in your gallery automatically on most Android phones.

Step-by-Step Guide

1

Copy the Pinterest video link

Open the Pinterest app and find the video you want. Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) on the pin, then tap Copy Link. Or tap ShareCopy Link.

2

Open AdvayPinSaver in Chrome

Open Chrome and go to advaypinsaver.onrender.com. No account or login needed.

3

Paste the link and tap Get

Tap the input field — your copied link may paste automatically. If not, long-press and paste it. Tap the red Get button. A thumbnail preview will appear in seconds.

4

Download the video

Tap Get direct file link. On the next page, wait for the countdown to finish and tap Download Now. Chrome will ask to confirm — tap Download.

5

Find it in your gallery

The MP4 file saves to your Downloads folder. On Samsung phones it appears in the Gallery app automatically. On Pixel and most other Android phones, open the Files app → Downloads → and you'll find it there.

Device-specific notes

📱 Samsung (One UI)

Videos downloaded in Chrome appear in the Gallery app → Albums → Downloads automatically. No manual moving required.

📱 Google Pixel

Open the Files by Google app → Downloads. Long-press the video → tap Move to → select Movies or Pictures to add it to your Google Photos library.

📱 Xiaomi / Redmi (MIUI)

Open the File Manager app → Internal Storage → Downloads. The video will be there. Move it to DCIM for it to show in your Gallery.

Can I install AdvayPinSaver as an app?

Yes — AdvayPinSaver is a Progressive Web App (PWA). In Chrome, tap the three-dot menu and tap Add to Home screen. It installs like an app and opens full-screen without the browser toolbar, making it faster to use every time.

Troubleshooting

Video opens in new tab instead of downloading

Use the Get direct file link button — not the HD button. The direct link routes through our server which forces a real file save on all Android browsers.

Chrome asking for storage permission

Tap Allow when Chrome asks for storage access. This is required for the file to save to your device.
