How to Download Pinterest Videos on iPhone (Free, No App)
Updated 2026 · 5 min read
Want to save a Pinterest video to your iPhone's Camera Roll? Pinterest doesn't have a built-in download button, but with AdvayPinSaver you can save any video or image in under 30 seconds — completely free and without installing any app.
Quick summary
Copy the Pinterest link → paste it on AdvayPinSaver → tap Download → save to Photos. Takes about 30 seconds.
Step-by-Step Guide
Copy the Pinterest video link
Open Pinterest and find the video you want to save. Tap the pin to open it, then tap the Share icon and tap Copy Link. The link looks like pinterest.com/pin/123456789 or a short pin.it/xxxxx link.
Open AdvayPinSaver in Safari
Open Safari — not Chrome — and go to advaypinsaver.onrender.com. Safari handles file downloads better on iOS than Chrome.
Paste the link and tap Get
Tap the input field and paste your Pinterest link. Tap the red Get button. In a few seconds you'll see a thumbnail preview confirming the video was found.
Tap "Get direct file link"
Tap the Get direct file link button. You'll be taken to a countdown page. Wait for it to complete, then tap Download Now. The file will save to Safari's Downloads folder.
Save the video to your Camera Roll
Tap the download arrow icon in Safari's toolbar. Tap the downloaded file to preview it, then tap the Share icon and tap Save Video. The video now lives in your Photos app.
Why use Safari instead of Chrome on iPhone?
On iOS, Chrome downloads files to Google Drive rather than the device's local storage, which makes saving videos to your Camera Roll more complicated. Safari downloads directly to the iPhone's built-in Downloads folder and gives you the native Share sheet to save to Photos in one tap.
Does it work on iPad too?
Yes — the exact same steps work on iPad. AdvayPinSaver is fully responsive and works on all screen sizes. Use Safari on iPad for the same seamless Save Video experience.
Common issues on iPhone
File downloaded but not in Photos
You need to save it manually. Go to Safari → tap the download arrow → tap the file → tap Share → Save Video. It won't appear in Photos automatically.
Video plays in browser instead of downloading
Make sure you are using the Get direct file link button, not the HD button. The direct link routes through our server which forces the file to save rather than play.
Link expired
Download links are valid for 30 minutes. If yours expired, go back and paste the Pinterest link again — it only takes a few seconds to generate a new one.
